Bottarga Dell'Isola tasting at Eataly Flatiron
Dell'Isola Foods was thrilled to be a part of Eataly Flatiron's sold-out Manzo takeover, featuring live performances and cooking demonstrations, sommelier’s selection of wine, cocktail, and beer pairings, and tastings that included a
canapé of sliced Bottarga Dell'Isola, EVOO, endive, and fava bean puree.
